From Jazz clubs to exquisite restaurants, we came up with it all back in September of 2004. It was this little idea that emerged from all the big ones, cheesecake. Lincoln, Nebraska did not have a premiere source of cheesecake. And so the process began . . .
Without any experience in making cheesecake this concept was easier said then done. It took nearly 9 months for us to get a perfect taste, texture, and presentation. The Cheesecake was to be creamy and mildly rich, you know, so it melts in your mouth.
It was our failed attempt at the Pillsbury bake off that launched our innovative Cinnamon Roll cheesecake. This grew to be a huge success among friends and family. Also, it gave us the confidence in the production of this wonderful concept.
Three months later, we landed our first wedding. It was 14 cheesecakes. It took us nearly three days to make them. Now, it would take less then a day. After gaining two more weddings from that experience, we knew it was time for a location.
A year later in 2006, we were blessed with a location and the financial means to pursue our dream. And now we are offering our dream to you; a product that has come literally from our oven to your table. The process of how we made cheesecake then is how we make it today, and our recipe is the same, without preservatives.
Our future goals are to spread this cheesecake across the nation.
